  • A crisp take on a classic cocktail:

    · 2 oz Apple Pie Moonshine
    · 4 oz ginger beer
    · Garnish with lime wedge

  • · 1.5 oz Apple Pie Moonshine
    · 1.5 oz whiskey
    · 5 dashes bitters
    · Orange twist to garnish

    · 2 oz hot water
    · 1 tsp honey

  • On the rocks is our favorite way to drink it. If you prefer it mixed, try it with lemonade, lemon lime soda, or soda water.

  • This is a 3:2:1 spritz.

    · 3 parts champagne
    · 2 parts Lemon Drop Moonshine
    · 1 part soda water

  • · 4.5 oz OMC Lemon Drop
    · 1 oz Cointreau orange liquor
    · 1 oz tequila 
    · Lime wedge to garnish

  • · 1.5 oz OMC Lemon Drop
    · 1.5 oz Double Circle Lavender Vodka
    · Add soda water to taste

What is Moonshine?

Traditionally, moonshine is any untaxed liquor. During prohibition, moonshine was made out of whatever sugar or starch was available, typically corn. Fruit, potatoes, barley, molasses, and wheat were also used.

Our moonshine mash is made from high quality cane sugar mixed with grain, distilled like whiskey, carbon filtered, and blended with fresh fruit juice. We use the same recipe that we did back in the day.
